Kevin currently serves on three City of Waukesha boards and has helped lead three successful mayoral campaigns. He doesn’t just talk about change, he’s already doing the work.

Kevin Reilly was born and raised in Waukesha, coming from a family deeply rooted in the community and dedicated to its well-being. His upbringing instilled in him the values of service, hard work, and commitment to making Waukesha a place where families can thrive. A proud graduate of Waukesha South High School, Kevin built the foundation of his lifelong dedication to learning and service.

 

Kevin went on to study Anthropology and Archaeology, disciplines that deepened his understanding of human culture, history, and the importance of building strong, connected communities. This passion for people led him to dedicate much of his career to working in substance abuse and mental health, fields where he has made a lasting difference for countless individuals and families. Kevin knows firsthand that strong communities are built by supporting those who are struggling, and he has worked tirelessly to bring compassion and practical solutions to people facing some of life’s hardest challenges.

 

Beyond his professional career, Kevin is a neighbor who believes in rolling up his sleeves to support the community he loves. He is committed to addressing the real issues facing Waukesha, such as strengthening shared revenue, ensuring sustainable growth without overburdening taxpayers, and making sure every resident has access to the resources they need to succeed.

 

Kevin is running because he believes Waukesha’s best days are ahead and that by working together, we can build a future where everyone feels supported, connected, and proud to call this community home.
